Latrice Ragland
Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.)
A small practice where every visit has room in it.
I am a licensed acupuncturist in Illinois. I started this practice so that a visit could be slow: a real conversation first, a quiet hour on the table, and a plan you understand.
Most of the people I see are working with a reproductive clinic, an OB-GYN or a midwife. I think of myself as a small, steady part of your care team. I write to your team with your permission, I keep my part clear, and I am plain about what acupuncture can and can't do.
I see one person at a time, and I keep the schedule light so no one is hurried in or out.

How I practice
Three promises I can keep
I listen first
A visit begins with a talk, and I ask what your care team has told you before I suggest anything.
I keep my part small
I work alongside your clinic or midwife. I don't change their plans, and I don't ask you to choose between us.
I say what I can't do
I make no promises and quote no numbers. If another kind of care fits better, I will tell you.
Meet in person
A first visit is a conversation and a quiet hour. Nothing is rushed.
