What this site collects

If you write to me through the contact form, I receive your name, email address, phone number, how you would like me to reach you, a time that suits you and your message. I use them to reply and to find a visit time, and for nothing else.

What it doesn't collect

The form never asks for medical details, a date of birth or an insurance ID, and I ask you not to send them. I ask about your health in the room or on the practice's own forms.

Who sees it

I keep your records private and share them only as the law allows, or with your signed permission, for example to write to your clinic or midwife. I don't sell or rent your details.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it or delete it, by phone or email. I answer within a reasonable time.
